We're not sure, but we think they are used to pick up any debris
in the water???

We are in dinghy headed over to Eben's place now....the water
is so shallow we have to lift the motor so the prop doesn't dig
through the sand and mess up the prop....

We had a good, busy day today! The cruise over was calm and the sun even came out for us!
For those of you who don't know, Bob and I have decided to leave Storymaker on the hardtop this winter and do the land cruiser thing....of course, only in warm places.....like Florida! or Arizona!
Tomorrow is going to be a long day for us, 2 whole miles to Titusville!
