2/19/17 West Palm Beach, FL

It's about 0630 in the morning and the sun is coming up!
We left at 0415 hours!
About 2 miles out in the ocean
This little tug is pulling this huge barge!
 Company
We are coming into Lake Worth Inlet
This place is crazy!
All of these next few shots are people coming in and out
of the inlet!!!

Even the dog is running around crazy!

Headed down to West Palm Beach now

 Mega-yachts galore!
 Did someone say "machine gun!?!"

 Police patrolling everywhere!
A cruise boat that is filled with people....I believe they
may be going out for a joy ride!
NEW bridge is done now!  Yay!
Where we dropped anchor for about the next 6 days!

 Ah-ha!  I told you!
Another view of ours
After dropping anchor and taking a sweet nap we decide to go
into town.  What a great day it was!
The band is called US Stones

The U.S. Stones are the American Rolling Stones Tribute Band! With Doug Baird and Mark Alan both portraying ‘young in their prime’ Mick Jagger and Keith Richards and Chris Curatolo's striking resemblance of Ron Wood. The U.S. Stones not only captures the looks, moves and style of the Rolling Stones but also fully recreates the Stones concert experience.

A 6 piece band augmented with percussion, horns, and backing vocals. This is as real as it gets. High energy and the ability to reproduce the persona of each member with mannerism, authentic gear and stage outfits allows the U.S. Stones to bring the look, feel and swagger to the stage!

From late 2012 onwards, the U.S. Stones has to played to over an estimated audience of 125,000+ people. And that's just from their large open air festival dates throughout the United States alone! And it’s not going to stop there. The U.S. Stones continues to attract a large following of fans wherever they go!

For the die hard Stones fans, this is their chance to go back in time and relive the Rolling Stones at their peak. For the new generations of Stones fans, this will be the perfect history lesson on the ‘World’s Greatest Rock and Roll Band’!

You can’t always get what you want, but with the U.S. Stones, you get what you need!

Doug Baird as Mick Jagger - Vocals, Guitar, and Harmonica
Mark Alan as Keith Richards - Guitars, Vocals
Chris Curatolo as Ron Wood - Guitars
Dennis Curatolo as Charlie Watts - Drums
Eric Neubauer as Bill Wyman - Bass Guitar
Bill Horrick as Nicky Hopkins - Keyboards
They even go out and get the crowd all excited!

Like Bob would say "WEINER DOGS!!!!"
There's a couple sitting in front of us while we are sitting on the
wall behind them...we are talking and Bob says....
"Honey, next time we move the chairs up against the wall!"
How would you like to be sitting on the seats to the left!!??!
 Very interesting character!
The wiener dogs are happy to be back.
They know pizza is about to be had!
This baby was rockin' to the music!

 Isn't this a great idea!

Not that Bob and I will see these lights turned on....we
can imagine how pretty it will be at night though!
If you look closely you will see lots of bubbles coming from
the top of this building...we may have to go and check it out!
 Police buggy!
The whole front window is open from the bottom
Roxy's Pub....we're checking on the bubbles!
 Yep, there they are!
 The place is hoppin'!
There goes the police buggy....it even has it's blue lights on!

We're not sure what this represents.....
Make sure you have a dog to protect your home?
Anyone have any better ideas??

What a great day this has turned out to be.  First we thought we would be in the ocean for most of the day, however, we were in at 1230 hours!! We averaged 10.5 knots and even got up to 11.4 at one point.  The gulf stream was really good to us this year!

Bob fly's out of Fort Lauderdale on Thursday.  He has some mandatory training he has to attend.  We will be staying in West Palm until Sunday when he fly's back in here.  Then we are moving up to Lake Worth for a couple of days to visit with Ed and Mena for a bit.  We decided to leave Key West early so we could have more leisure time on the way back up north. I'm happy it's time for us to move north again, I really miss my Cameron and Andrew, and of course, the rest of our friends and family!
